Hanna dreams to understand the root cause of inefficiency in both the public and private sectors in Africa and bring lasting change by improving quality of service in organizations. This and her lifelong desire to improve the lives of youth and to help them thrive, were her motivation for co-founding GreenHouse Social Enterprises. The high-pressure, high-impact, and strategic leadership roles she has had at the US Embassy in Addis Ababa for the past 20 years have prepared her for the kind of lasting change she plans to bring to organizations. Lily’s professional background is defined by a wide variety of multi-disciplinary skills. In the IT Management discipline, she is an award-winning IT leadership professional; In Sustainable Business and Cross-cultural communication disciplines, Lily is a cultural emissary, forestry advisor, business strategist, quality manager, and micro-finance advisor. Lily is passionate about developing sustainable businesses. She self-taught IT and telephony. She coaches engineers, and develops network technology, and quality and process control manuals.

Environmental justice. That many free things in nature, such as land, parks, and clean air are not available to many.
