Bio

Committed to and passionate about upscaling the private sector in Africa, Beth is a strategic leader of high value programs and businesses. With extensive experience in leading projects, and forming winning leadership teams, Beth thrives on creating structure out of chaos in any venture. The motivation for Beth’s coaching and mentorship of organizational leaders is seeing the encouraging trend of energetic, innovative, and disruptive talent that is emerging out of Africa.

Beth has generated millions of dollars in cost savings through targeted process improvement and quality control initiatives and innovations throughout her career.. While running the NGO that she founded in the early 2000’s Beth has led a team of volunteers in global efforts to advance education and to combat poverty in emerging markets.

Bio

Hanna dreams to understand the root cause of inefficiency in both the public and private sectors in Africa and bring lasting change by improving quality of service in organizations. This and her lifelong desire to improve the lives of youth and to help them thrive, were her motivation for co-founding GreenHouse Social Enterprises. The high-pressure, high-impact, and strategic leadership roles she has had at the US Embassy in Addis Ababa for the past 20 years have prepared her for the kind of lasting change she plans to bring to organizations. Favorite pastime?

I like to plan and decorate events and social gatherings. I am also a part of the leadership committee at our church. I also read and swim.

Youth matters. I mentor, motivate, and empower youth to help them reach their full potential.

Bio

Lily’s professional background is defined by a wide variety of multi-disciplinary skills. In the IT Management discipline, she is an award-winning IT leadership professional; In Sustainable Business and Cross-cultural communication disciplines, Lily is a cultural emissary, forestry advisor, business strategist, quality manager, and micro-finance advisor. Lily is passionate about developing sustainable businesses. She self-taught IT and telephony. She coaches engineers, and develops network technology, and quality and process control manuals.

I like to paint. I am a voracious reader. 

What keeps you up at night?

Environmental justice. That many free things in nature, such as land, parks, and clean air are not available to many.

Passion:

If I see anyone being treated unfairly, you will find me there advocating passionately on their behalf.
